In Setup mode, select the pelvis bone and hit the "+" button to create a new bone, position it as your thigh bone. Hit "+" a few more times to create the shin, foot and toe bones. Reposition the bones so they match your mesh.

Create 2 nulls, Ankle_L and Knee_UpVector_L. Ankle should be a child of the Master Null, and Knee should be a child of the Ankle. Position Ankle where the shin bone meets the foot bone, and place the Knee bone behind the knee.

Go into animate mode, click on the Thigh, go under IK and make it an Anchor. Then select the Foot bone, select the Ankle as an IK Goal and Calculate IK. If the leg bends badly change the direction of the Shin bone like what you did in the Arms section.

Create a couple new commands, Align and KneeConstraint. When the foot spazzes out re-align it like you did with the hand in the Arms section. (The entire leg section is basically just a copy of the arm section so if you need more detail go there)

Note: the picture shows kneeconstraint using Bone_Foot_L, but instead you should use the Ankle Null.

And that's all there is! Hide the Leg, Shin and Foot bones. Select the leg, Mirror it over. Also mirror the Knee Null and make that a child of the new Ankle Null. Rename everything. Copy the commands, rename.

Thanks for reading my tutorial, I hope you gained something from it.
